A new winery,
born from a dream.

Our new winery, modern and functional, is much more than a workplace: it is a living space, designed and built to bring our vision to life. Here, among silent walls and clean lines, the wine is born, grows, and transforms.

We envisioned a facility that could combine the efficiency of technology with the beauty of craftsmanship. Each space is designed to accompany the wine through its natural journey, from grape to bottle, with the utmost respect for the raw material and the time it requires.

But it is in our aging rooms that the deepest magic is felt. Here, amid soft lighting and enveloping aromas, the wine rests in very old French oak barriques and tonneaux (over 30 years), enriching every sip with natural, complex, and delicate nuances. It is a slow, precious time, made of silence, patience, and attentiveness.

In this space, tradition intertwines with innovation: from temperature and humidity control technologies to the use of natural materials that maintain the balance of the internal microclimate. Every choice is guided by the desire to best express the personality of our wines and to tell, through them, the soul of our land.

For us, the new winery is a symbol: it represents who we are today, with deep roots and a gaze open to tomorrow.
